Data commitment
Scale Passport is being designed to help independent dealers organize and use their operating history without turning that history into a shared marketplace, marketing list, or asset for another company.
Customer, location, equipment, service, note, photograph, sales, and financial records are intended to remain within company-scoped boundaries. We do not combine one dealer's identifiable customer or service history with another dealer's records.
Sinteag Ventures, Inc. does not sell or rent dealer operating records or use those records to market Scale Passport or third-party products to a dealer's customers.
Dealer records are retained only as needed to provide and secure the service, maintain agreed backups, meet applicable legal obligations, and follow the written pilot or service agreement. That agreement will define retention, access, export, and deletion terms.
Routine product development and testing use synthetic or sanitized data. Identifiable dealer data may be used for a defined test only with that dealer's express authorization and within the agreed scope. Authorized test data is not pooled with another dealer's records.
We do not share dealer operating records for advertising, lead generation, resale, or unrelated commercial use. Access or disclosure is limited to operating and securing the service, the dealer's direction, the written agreement, or applicable legal obligations.
Data-processing, access, backup, retention, export, and deletion terms will be documented before a pilot accepts dealer operating data. Public-source and third-party information may carry separate rights and source terms.
