This page covers the public Scale Passport website. It is separate from dealer operating data and the private application.

No advertising or behavioral marketing analytics

This site does not include advertising pixels or behavioral marketing analytics. Hosting and security providers can process the technical request data necessary to deliver and protect the site.

Pilot assessment form

The form collects the contact and operating-context fields shown on the form: name, company, email, optional phone, locations, technician count, territory, systems in use, acquisition or succession interest, and the message you choose to provide. Do not include customer records, employee records, passwords, payment data, or other sensitive information.

Form delivery and retention

When form delivery is configured, a submission is sent once to the configured delivery endpoint for follow-up; this public site does not use an advertising or marketing-platform database. If delivery is not configured or fails, the site tells you that nothing was submitted and provides a direct-email fallback.

Dealer operating data

Dealer operating data used in a pilot or service is handled separately under the applicable written agreement. Read the Data Ownership commitment for the company-scoped record boundary.

No public customer directory

Dealer customer, location, scale, service, evidence, sales, and financial records are private operating information. They are not published through this website.
