Data Ownership
Your customer list, facility records, scales, service history, photographs, evidence, pricing, opportunities, sales information, jobs, and operating information stay company-scoped.
The operating commitment
Scale Passport does not combine one dealer's identifiable customer or service history with another dealer's records. Another Scale Passport dealer does not receive access to your customer history.

Scale Passport does not sell or rent dealer operating records or use them to market Scale Passport or third-party products to a dealer's customers.
Routine product development and testing use synthetic or sanitized data. Identifiable dealer data requires express authorization for a defined test within an agreed scope, and it is not pooled with another dealer's records.
The applicable pilot or service agreement defines retention, access, export, backup, and deletion terms before dealer operating data is accepted. Public-source information can carry separate rights and source terms.
Shared public data is different
Public-source information may exist independently of any dealer. Your customer relationship, review decision, Scale Passport record, service history, commercial opportunity, and private notes remain private to your company.
